motivacionales y de recreación en un ambiente de trabajo saludable y armonioso,
PetroAlianza promueve durante la jornada laboral pausas activas para todos sus
colaboradores, a través de ejercicios físicos y mentales que se practican por
un lapso de tiempo de 5 minutos a los fines de revitalizar la energía corporal
y refrescar la mente, al mismo tiempo permite activar la circulación en el
cuerpo.
Con estas actividades se
genera mayor productividad, inspiran la creatividad y mejoran la actitud de los
colaboradores, además de ser un ejercicio recomendado para evitar que algunos
miembros corporales se atrofien o sufran lesiones.
Se ha demostrado que con las
pausas activas se mejora el estado físico de la persona, y ayudan a no sentirse
cansado, afirma Jenny Espina, quien es especialista en sistemas de
entrenamiento y representante de la empresa Espinaca Corporativa; explica, además
que éstas pausas ayudan a liberar el estrés, logrando activar el cuerpo y mejor
integración con el resto del equipo de trabajo. Como resultado del ejercicio se
genera la risa, se drena todo lo malo, se siente tranquilidad, comodidad y

la vida. “Entender que la salud cuando
